Refund & Cancellation Policy

Donations made to Hopenest Foundation are voluntary contributions that directly support our charitable programs and community initiatives.

As a general policy, all donations are non-refundable.

Refund requests may be considered only under exceptional circumstances, including:

• Duplicate payment.
• Incorrect donation amount due to technical error.
• Unauthorized or fraudulent transaction.
• Payment processed multiple times for the same donation.

To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction.

Please include:

• Donor Name
• Registered Email Address
• Transaction ID
• Payment Date
• Donation Amount
• Reason for Refund Request

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Refunds are generally completed within 7–15 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Registration fees for fundraising events, workshops, or awareness programs may be refundable only if the event is cancelled by Hopenest Foundation.

Participant cancellations may not qualify for refunds unless specifically mentioned during registration.

Volunteer registrations are free unless stated otherwise.

Membership or application fees, if applicable, are generally non-refundable after processing.

If your payment fails but money is deducted from your account, please contact your bank or payment provider first.

If the amount has been received by Hopenest Foundation, we will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

• You may cancel recurring donations at any time.
• Cancellation will apply to future payments only and will not affect completed transactions.
